Corrections come first. If something we say about a hotel is out of date or wrong, tell us and we will check it.
Suggestions are welcome too, especially for the four categories we cover. Press and general questions about the index are fine as well.
What we can't help with
We are not a booking service. We can't reserve rooms, change or cancel stays, or answer questions about a booking you made elsewhere. For any of that, contact the hotel itself.
Hotels asking to be listed in return for payment will get a polite no.
