Terms of Service
The rules of membership at playhubswiss.com. Last updated 19 October 2026.
About the service
playhubswiss.com hosts PlayHub Swiss, a no-cost play-to-earn rewards club operated by the operator of playhubswiss.com. Questions about these rules can be emailed to support@playhubswiss.com.
Membership
- Members must be at least 18, and local law where they live must allow joining online reward schemes.
- A person may keep a single account, as may a household. Membership is personal and can't be handed on.
- Your details must be correct and your password kept to yourself.
- Should tax be due on a reward, settling it is up to you.
Not gambling
No member ever pays for, deposits or risks anything at PlayHub Swiss. Points are granted solely for puzzle milestones and daily rewards, following the rules published here.
Points
- Each milestone or daily reward credits exactly the value displayed for it.
- No member can collect more than 2,500 points in one day.
- Converting points into money happens only by payout, as described in the Payout Policy ; points can't be transferred between members.
- Credits made by mistake can be reversed.
Fair play
Bots, macros, scripts, exploiting faults, multiple accounts and tampering with results are not allowed. If we detect them we may freeze the points involved, pause the account or close it.
Payouts
From 10,000 points ($10) members may cash out via PayPal or a gift-card code. Each request gets a manual review, which can include an identity check. The Payout Policy explains the details.
Changes
Puzzles, point values, the daily limit and these terms may change, and this page always shows the current version. Points already in your balance keep their value.
Closing your account
Members may leave at any time. Anyone holding more than the minimum should request a last payout first.
Liability
PlayHub Swiss is offered as it is. Within the limits the law sets, we accept no responsibility for losses that are indirect or caused by circumstances outside our reach. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
