What PlayHub Swiss keeps about members, and the reasons. Last updated 19 October 2026.
Information we hold
- Membership: your email, display name, password (stored only as a hash), registration date and the IP address you registered from.
- Play: each puzzle run with timing and score, your ledger of points, the daily rewards you collected, plus each payout request and its destination email.
- Front desk: whatever a support note contains, with its sender's name, email and IP address.
Reasons
It lets us operate memberships, record points, catch fraud or repeat registrations, deliver payouts and respond to messages. None of it is sold, and no outside advertisers appear on the site.
Sharing
The PayPal or gift card provider receives the details needed to deliver a payout. Public authorities receive data only when the law obliges us.
Cookies
Only one cookie is set, an essential one that holds your session and guards forms against forgery. Every font and script is hosted by us, not fetched from outside.
Retention
Data stays for as long as the membership exists; after closure we keep only what bookkeeping and anti-fraud obligations demand, and only for that period.
Your rights
Write to support@playhubswiss.com, using your registered address, to request a copy of your data, a correction or erasure.
